Abstracts
- Please use the LaTeX template for your abstract. It is commented in detail and includes all the formatting, which must not be changed. Submit the LaTeX file of your abstract, the figure file and the PDF file. We will then use the submitted LaTeX or PDF files to compile the book of abstracts. Recommended file name is: twofirstlettersofyourname_yoursurname_x.tex (for x put t - it you want present a talk or p for a poster).
Talks
- Each talk should not last longer than 20 minutes, after which 5 minutes are open for questions and discussion.
- For presenting your talk you may use your own notebook or the conference notebook, as you prefer.
- If you intend to use your own laptop, we kindly ask you to perform a test run concerning the beamer connectivity. This would fit best during the break in advance to your talk session.
- Please note, that we support the following file formats: PDF and OpenOffice.
Posters
- Please use DIN A0 as the poster format (preferably in portrait orientation, W x H = 841 mm x 1189 mm).
